Shipping Method & Schedule

DeliveryService (Hong Kong)

 

Yourproducts arrangement will be completed within 1-2 workingdays (except Sunday and Public Holidays) after the payment has beensettled.

 

For Hong Kong area: Freeshipping every order over HK$500. HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for orderbelow HK$500

  

- Standard DeliveryService is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories OutlyingIslands).  

- Monday to Saturday:9:00 am – 7:00 pm

- Delivery service isnot available on Sundays and Public Holidays

 

ShipmentTracking

- Please contact SFExpress to track your shipment

 

- If shipment cannot besuccessfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contactSF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the deliverycannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and notrefunded

DeliveryFees for Oversea:  The delivery fees will be based on the Second Class AirMail (Registered Mail) (product + package weight 1699g or below) / Speedpost(Multipack Service) (product + package weight 1700g or above)

 

Weprovide the best delivery speed to make sure you can receive your productsfast.  If the product order has been completed before 16:00, we will doour best to send your products to HK Post Office on the same day or nextworking day. (except Sunday and Public Holidays)
